Carnival Australia introduced that Teresa Lloyd, chief technique and exterior affairs officer, has been inducted into the Maritime Corridor of Fame.
The award, which is a recognition of her contribution to Australia’s maritime trade, was offered to Lloyd on the DCN Australia Delivery & Maritime Trade Awards in Melbourne earlier this month, in response to an announcement.
“It has been an absolute privilege to steer the maritime trade on this nation for the previous 20 years in my earlier position as CEO of Maritime Trade Australia Ltd. My dedication to the maritime trade is as steadfast as ever, and I sit up for persevering with to do all I can to assist the trade,” stated Lloyd whereas accepting the award.
Lloyd started her profession as a naval architect earlier than she began managing Technical Providers for Western Australia’s Port Hedland, Port Authority. In 2008, she led the Maritime Trade Affiliation Restricted.
Lloyd joined the Carnival Australia group as chief technique and exterior affairs officer in June 2022.
Carnival’s latest ship in Australia, the Carnival Luminosa, entered service for Carnival Cruise Line earlier this month when it departed from Brisbane, Australia.
