A: Should you obtained an antlerless deer tag for a particular wildlife administration unit (WMU) by way of the antlerless deer draw, then that tag is legitimate throughout any season in that WMU. The tag will say “Legitimate for one antlerless deer in WMU ## or one antlered deer in any WMU,” with no restrictions as to season.
Extra tags could also be out there in some WMUs. These are solely legitimate in the course of the time specified on the tag for the kind of deer specified on the tag; if an extra tag signifies that it’s legitimate for any season, then it may be used within the bows-only season. If the extra tag specifies that it’s only legitimate throughout a “rifle” season, then it can’t be used throughout a bows-only season.
