Working with the Mission Resort & Membership possession, IIG will oversee the multi-year renovation and re-imagining of all guestrooms, eating places, and indoor and out of doors public areas. Positioned in Central Florida’s Lake County, the property sits on over 500 lush acres in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL. Grand Gardner Lodge in Valparaiso, IN, is a brand new boutique lodge idea and full adaptive reuse of an current schoolhouse. Urschel Growth is growing the challenge and can renovate a former Romanesque-style faculty constructed in 1899. The challenge will restore the historic constructing and add two new wings to create a brand new 67,000-square-foot, 58-room lodge.
